Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Project Manager to serve as on-site owner’s representative, leading hyperscale data center projects globally from pre-construction through close-out. You will manage GCs, contracts, and master schedules, focusing on MEP coordination and RF S milestones.

Travel to project sites will be regular to verify progress, quality, schedule adherence, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of construction project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of direct data center construction PM experience with focus on MEP.
• Contract values of $100M+ managed.
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure incl. power, cooling, redundancy.
• Experience with web-based project management software.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• On-site progress inspections and QA against drawings and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center construction projects from pre-construction to close-out.
• Oversee general contractors, contracts, budgets, and master schedules.
• Coordinate MEP and low-voltage systems commissioning and site travels.
• Provide regular updates on progress, financials, risks, and status.
