CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Project Manager to serve as on-site owner’s representative, guiding hyperscale data center projects from pre-construction through close-out. You will oversee general contractors, manage contracts and budgets, and ensure deliveries align with design specs, master schedules, and Ready-for-Service dates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of construction project management experience.
• 3+ years managing data center construction with emphasis on MEP systems.
• Contract values of $100M+ as lead or owner’s rep.
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, power distribution, cooling and redundancy.
• Experience with web-based project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of hyperscale data center construction projects globally.
• On-site owner’s representative from pre-construction through close-out; oversee GC contracts and schedules.
• Coordinate MEP and low-voltage systems; validate progress with site visits.
• Communicate progress, risks, and costs to leadership; protect schedule commitments.
