Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience with general contractors on large-scale projects.
• Minimum 5 years leading and supervising field teams.
• Proven success delivering data center projects valued at $100M+.
• Expert-level knowledge of MEP and Commissioning.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications, and multi-discipline technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Primary authority for field execution on large-scale data center projects, directing all trade activity and leading senior field personnel.
• Resolve real-time issues, maintain operational flow, and support delivery of complex projects.
• Plan and sequence workflow across trades to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
