Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site execution of large-scale Data Center projects across North America. The role requires strong leadership of field teams, subcontractors, and trade partners to deliver safety, quality, and schedule performance.

You will develop site logistics, oversee workforce planning, coordinate with project management, design, and commissioning, and drive issue resolution to protect programme objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on large commercial/industrial or data center projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects valued at $100M+.
• Strong understanding of construction processes across structural, civil, MEP and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities for large-scale Data Center projects.
• Manage field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and trade partners throughout project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and oversee site logistics, workforce planning, and project sequencing.
• Coordinate with project management, design, commissioning, and client teams.
• Drive resolution of field challenges while maintaining programme objectives.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and project close-out activities.
