Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Project Executive to provide strategic and operational leadership across our data center developments. You will oversee project teams and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, trade partners and other stakeholders to drive successful completion.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background with a general contractor in data center/mission-critical delivery, with proven experience leading high-value programs, managing multiple teams, and navigating contracts

Qualifications

Background with a general contractor in data center/mission-critical sector.
Experience providing senior leadership across large, high-value construction programs.
Experience leading multiple project teams and senior construction professionals.
Strong contracts, commercial management, project controls and risk understanding.
Excellent client-facing and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership across large-scale data center developments.
Maintain senior-level client, trade partner and stakeholder relationships.
Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, contracts and risk.
Lead preconstruction, procurement, construction and closeout activities.
Mentor Senior Project Managers and project teams.
Support business development and client relationship growth.
Assist staffing, resource planning and delivery strategy.
