Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Construction Manager to lead data center delivery projects in Georgia, acting as onsite owner’s representative and managing the full lifecycle from estimates to completion. The role requires coordinating with general contractors and vendors, controlling costs, timelines, and quality to meet company standards.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in mission-critical construction and experience in hyperscale data centers, with ProCore, MS Office, and Bluebeam proficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Mission Critical construction
• Strong Project Management Experience
• Construction Management experience managing large scale capital projects
• Data Center Construction Management experience working for a general contractor or hyperscale provider
• MEP Experience Hyperscale Data Center Construction
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Budget and Controls - Monitors the approved project budget, provides oversight, and suggests necessary adjustments for project controls (e.g., PERs, PSRs, Change Orders, Pay Applications).
• Change Management - Partners with internal teams and stakeholders and shares updated process flow information with the project team to ensure new processes are followed.
• Coordination - Attends and advises during scheduled owner/architect/contractor and other project meetings.
• Drives Results - Delivers metro-based/campus projects by data-based decisions, coordinating with the local project team and stakeholders.
• Financial Acumen - Identifies cost-effective solutions and manages change with clients, sponsors, and vendors.
• Managing Resources - Oversees procurement activities and ensures staffing and materials for on-time delivery and budgets.
• Project Management - Drives campus-based delivery solutions and analyzes technical information to support solutions.
• Technical Acumen - Reviews engineering documentation and site plans to mitigate risk and ensure constructability.
