Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders in Atlanta, GA seeks a Project Manager to lead datacenter construction programs within our Owner's Rep team. You will coordinate with design staff, clients, contractors, and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 4+ years of PM experience, including 2+ years in datacenter projects. Strong sourcing, budgeting, scheduling, and English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of data center construction experience.
• Familiar with budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale datacenter construction projects from site development to fit-outs.
• Manage budgets and schedules; coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Lead reviews with clients and internal teams; ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate entitlements and permitting with authorities.
