Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Manager to lead data center construction projects from cradle to grave, overseeing estimates, procurement, field execution, and post‑implementation support to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery that meets design standards.

You will coordinate with the Program Management team, GC, and vendors, drive cost control, change orders, and safety programs, and ensure quality alignment with project documents.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mission critical construction
• Strong project management experience
• MEP experience in hyperscale data center construction
• Data center construction management experience with GC or hyperscale providers
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Budget and controls: monitor project budget, process change orders and pay applications
• Change management: coordinate updated flow information with project team to improve efficiency
• Coordination: attend owner/architect/contractor meetings and advise on decisions
• Drives results: deliver metro/campus projects on time and on budget with stakeholders
