Job summary

Citi seeks a senior leader to drive the design, development and delivery of application and data solutions supporting regulatory and business needs in Tampa, FL. You will lead teams, overseework on Liquidity and Resolution planning modeling, and advance analytics with Big Data and AI technologies.

Role emphasizes regulatory compliance, architecture design, risk assessment, and collaboration with technology and business partners to deliver high-quality, timely insights.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Liquidity and Resolution planning modeling and reporting experience.
• Hands-on Big Data and PySpark experience.
• Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Experience with financial products and industry knowledge.
• Advanced knowledge of strategic direction within the function.
• Demonstrated leadership, management and development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams to achieve goals, including evaluations and hiring.
• Drive design, development and delivery of Liquidity and Resolution planning modeling and reporting solutions with regulatory compliance.
• Champion Big Data technologies and PySpark for large-scale data processing; apply AI to analytics and automation.
• Oversee system/data architecture design; collaborate with end users and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure changes are controlled with proper documentation and approvals, aligning with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Research issues, provide recommendations, and escalate to senior management when needed.
• Assess risk in business decisions, safeguarding Citi, clients and assets; ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
