Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior Data Architecture leader in Tampa, FL to drive the design, development, and delivery of complex data and application solutions. The role focuses on leading modeling, reporting, and advanced analytics to support regulatory and business needs, with emphasis on liquidity and resolution planning.

You will manage teams, adopt Big Data technologies including PySpark, and apply AI to improve analytics, automation, and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.

The role is a senior-level position responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of application and data solutions in coordination with the Technology Team. The overall objective is to lead modeling, reporting, and advanced analytics initiatives that support the firm's regulatory and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop teams of professionals to accomplish established goals, including performance evaluations, hiring, and adherence to best practices and processes.
• Drive the design, development, and delivery of Liquidity and Resolution planning modeling and reporting solutions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the adoption of Big Data technologies and PySpark for large-scale data processing, and champion the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance analytics, automation, and decision-making.
• Drive the design and development of system/data architecture, work with end-users, and enhance the quality of deliverables.
• Ensure change is managed with appropriate controls, documentation, and approvals, including implementation of new and revised regulatory reporting requirements.
• Research and resolve issues, provide recommendations, and escalate to senior management as needed.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Experience with financial products and working knowledge of the industry.
• Advanced knowledge of the strategic direction of the function within the relevant part of the business.
• Demonstrated leadership, management, and development skills.
