Citi seeks a senior leader to drive the design, development and delivery of application and data solutions supporting regulatory and business needs in Tampa, FL. You will lead teams, overseework on Liquidity and Resolution planning modeling, and advance analytics with Big Data and AI technologies.

• Ensure changes are controlled with proper documentation and approvals, aligning with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Research issues, provide recommendations, and escalate to senior management when needed.
• Assess risk in business decisions, safeguarding Citi, clients and assets; ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Job description

The role is a senior-level position responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of application and data solutions in coordination with the Technology Team. The overall objective is to lead modeling, reporting, and advanced analytics initiatives that support the firm's regulatory and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop teams of professionals to accomplish established goals, including performance evaluations, hiring, and adherence to best practices and processes.
• Drive the design, development, and delivery of Liquidity and Resolution planning modeling and reporting solutions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the adoption of Big Data technologies and PySpark for large-scale data processing, and champion the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance analytics, automation, and decision-making.
• Drive the design and development of system/data architecture, work with end-users, and enhance the quality of deliverables.
• Ensure change is managed with appropriate controls, documentation, and approvals, including implementation of new and revised regulatory reporting requirements.
• Research and resolve issues, provide recommendations, and elevate to senior management as needed.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
