Qualifications

• Familiar with Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Impala, and Starburst/Trino.
• Experience with data formats like Parquet/Avro/JSON.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and scripting.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines.
• Lead migration from on-prem to modern Data Lakehouse.
• Re-engineer ETL/ELT using Spark and Starburst/Trino.
• Develop automated Data Parity Testing frameworks.
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and review code.
