Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level architectural and engineering experience in banking/financial services.
• Deep Java platform expertise including Spring/Spring Boot, concurrency, JVM tuning.
• Strong knowledge of big data pipelines and enterprise-scale frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Core Framework Ownership for Java-based backbones of regulatory apps.
• Build and maintain robust big data pipelines (Hadoop, Kafka, Spark).
• Establish best practices for high-throughput, low-latency Java development.
• Lead architecture governance and ARB participation with security and metadata focus.
• Evaluate designs for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Provide strategic advisory and senior stakeholder recommendations.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
