Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior Data Architecture leader in Tampa, FL to drive the design, development, and delivery of complex data and application solutions. The role focuses on leading modeling, reporting, and advanced analytics to support regulatory and business needs, with emphasis on liquidity and resolution planning.

You will manage teams, adopt Big Data technologies including PySpark, and apply AI to improve analytics, automation, and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Liqudity and Resolution planning modeling and reporting experience.
• Hands-on Big Data and PySpark experience.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Experience with financial products and industry knowledge.
• Strategic understanding of the function's direction.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop teams to achieve goals and ensure performance.
• Drive design, development, and delivery of modeling and reporting solutions for liquidity and resolution planning.
• Lead the adoption of Big Data technologies and PySpark for large-scale processing.
• Champion AI applications to enhance analytics and decision-making.
• Collaborate with end-users on system/data architecture and deliverables quality.
• Ensure change controls, documentation, and regulatory reporting compliance.
