Job summary

Windsor Advantage LLC, an affiliate of Capital Bank N.A., seeks a Data Architect to lead SQL Server based development and automate data functions across departments in Indianapolis. You will coordinate with managers, stakeholders, and developers while ensuring data privacy and reliability.

The role requires strong SQL, analytics, and BI visualization skills. The hybrid position includes collaboration with cross-functional teams and opportunities to influence data strategy and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math/Statistics, Business, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analytics, data management, data architecture or comparable role.
• 3+ years of experience in web application development and/or Microsoft SQL database development.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze data to support department goals and stakeholders.
• Lead data architecture projects across SQL Server technologies and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop automated visualizations and dashboards to communicate analytical results.
• Ensure data privacy, confidentiality and data integrity across teams.
• Propose methodologies and best practices to improve database performance.
• Lead weekly department meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address data needs and issues.
• Maintain coding standards and documentation.
