Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a senior Data Analytics leader to guide discovery and value realization across inventory, logistics and warehouse operations. You will mentor analysts, shape analytics strategy, and drive AI-enabled solutions with cross-functional teams.

You will partner with senior leaders to identify high-value use cases, construct robust business cases, and deliver scalable analytics products that impact financial and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience guiding teams with a product-first framework and senior/lead level analytics leadership preferred.
• 7+ years in Data Analytics, BI, IT, or related field with senior experience preferred.
• Proven coaching and mentoring of data analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of advanced analytics and AI/ML applicability.
• Experience with Big Data, cloud data lakes and enterprise BI platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, mentoring, and guiding data analytics managers and teams.
• Define and drive long-term analytics strategy and data ecosystem roadmap.
• Partner with Directors, VP-level leaders to scope high-value data use cases.
• Identify AI and advanced analytics opportunities and champion adoption.
• Develop robust business cases to realize Type 1 value.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Platform, and dev teams to build analytics products.
• Lead discovery, hypotheses testing, and root-cause analysis.
• Facilitate workshops and align senior stakeholders around data needs.
• Provide data-driven strategic recommendations with financial and operational impact.
