Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a seasoned analytics leader to partner with internal customers and optimize supply chain processes across manufacturing, replenishment, and distribution centers. You will align data and technology solutions to unlock warehouse and transportation value, while delivering timely insights to support decision-making.

You will work with IT, Finance, Operations, Logistics, and management to drive innovations using emerging technologies, data lakes, and visualization tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years analytics experience focused on supply chain operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, statistics, CS, math, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Certifications such as APICS, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Project Management preferred.
• Experience with TMS/WMS and big data environments (data lakes).
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Experience with GCP BigQuery and ETL tools (Alteryx).
• Experience with AI/ML modeling tools and Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets on transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards/reports to present complex information clearly.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders including executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Model supply chain scenarios and forecast performance using advanced analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analyses and reporting.
• Lead ML/AI projects across Global Logistics, including opportunities and product ownership.
