Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a senior Business Intelligence professional to partner with internal customers and enable operational processes across supply chain systems. The role focuses on data alignment, analytics, and delivering insights to optimize warehouse and transportation value.

You will work with IT, Finance, Operations, and Logistics leadership to develop KPI-driven data solutions, dashboards, and reports, while applying ML/AI initiatives to improve performance across Global Logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, CS, Mathematics or related field preferred
• Advanced degree is desired
• Certifications: APICS Supply Chain, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Project Management preferred
• 8+ years of analytics experience with a focus on supply chain operations
• Experience with Transportation/WMS/TMS and Big Data/Data Lakes is preferred
• Experience with Tableau/Power BI/Looker and GCP BigQuery/Alteryx ETL tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to transportation, warehousing, and other supply chain operations to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and deliver data-driven solutions
• Model supply chain scenarios and forecast performance using advanced analytical techniques
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analyses and reporting
• Lead ML/AI projects across Global Logistics team including opportunity analysis and product ownership
