Qualifications

• 4+ years guiding teams with a product-first framework.
• 7+ years in Data Analytics or related field at senior level.
• Proven track record coaching and upskilling data analysts.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications for business use cases.
• Experience with enterprise data infrastructure and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach data analytics teams with a product-first mindset.
• Guide long-term analytics and data ecosystem strategy.
• Partner with senior leadership to prioritize data use cases.
• Identify AI use cases with business and AI COE teams.
• Design and deliver scalable analytics products with cross-functional teams.
• Perform discovery, hypothesis validation and root-cause analysis.
