Qualifications

• Strategic mindset with experience guiding analytical products and long-term data strategies.
• Proven track record coaching and upskilling data analysts and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present complex findings to senior executives.
• Experience delivering complex programs with broad scope and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach data analytics managers and teams with a product-first mindset.
• Shape long-term analytics strategy and data ecosystem aligned with corporate goals.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and scope high-value data use cases.
• Identify and champion AI and advanced analytics learning use cases across the organization.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and development teams to design scalable analytics products.
• Guide discovery, hypothesis testing, and root-cause analyses to solve business problems.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gatherings with senior stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven strategic recommendations with financial and operational impact analyses.
