Job summary

Cardinal Health in the United States is seeking a senior Business Intelligence professional to partner with internal customers and optimize warehouse and transportation value in supply chain systems. You will align data and tech solutions, develop actionable insights, and work across IT, Finance, Ops, and logistics to drive business decisions.

The role emphasizes developing dashboards, forecasting, and leading ML/AI initiatives, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, CS, Mathematics or related field preferred.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Certifications in APICS, Lean Six Sigma, Agile or Project Management are considered a plus.
• 8+ years of analytics experience with emphasis on supply chain operations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, especially transportation and warehousing.
• Experience with TMS/WMS, Big Data systems, Data Lakes and analytics.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI or Looker for data visualization and GCP BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets on transportation, warehousing and supply chain ops to spot trends and improvement opportunities.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to present complex data clearly.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Ops and logistics to define KPIs and data-driven solutions.
• Model supply chain scenarios and forecast performance using advanced analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analyses and reporting.
• Lead ML/AI projects across Global Logistics from analysis to product ownership.
