Qualifications

• 4+ years guiding teams with a product-first framework and long-term data strategy.
• 7+ years in Data Analytics, BI, IT or related field at senior/lead level.
• Proven track record coaching data analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and business applications.
• Experience with Big Data systems, cloud data lakes, and enterprise visualization platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for senior executives.
• Experience delivering large, complex programs with cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach data analytics managers and teams with a product-first mindset.
• Shape long-term analytics and data ecosystem strategy.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify, prioritize and scope high-value data use cases.
• Identify and champion AI/advanced analytics opportunities.
• Develop business cases focused on delivering high-impact value.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Platform, and Application teams to design analytics products.
• Guide discovery, hypothesis validation, and root-cause analysis across initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into clear data requirements.
• Provide data-driven strategic recommendations with financial and operational impact.
