The role emphasizes a product-first mindset, long-term strategic vision, and collaboration with Product Owners, cloud teams, and business users to deliver high-impact analytical solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years guiding teams with a product-first framework.
• 7+ years in Data Analytics, BI, IT, or related field at senior/lead level.
• Proven coaching, mentoring, and upskilling data analysts.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach data analytics managers and teams.
• Guide long-term analytics and data ecosystem strategy.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify and scope high-value data use cases.
• Identify and champion AI and advanced analytics learning use cases.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and application teams to design analytics products.
• Lead discovery and hypothesis validation to solve business problems.
