Job summary

Cardinal Health in the United States is seeking a senior Business Intelligence professional to optimize supply chain operations by aligning data and technology solutions. The role involves analytics across transportation, warehousing, and distribution, plus leading ML/AI initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate will build and maintain dashboards, provide actionable insights, and work with IT, Finance, Operations, and Logistics teams to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• Advanced Degree is desired.
• APICS/Lean Six Sigma/Agile/PM certifications are a plus.
• 8+ years analytics experience with a strong focus on supply chain operations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes with emphasis on transportation and warehousing.
• Experience with TMS/WMS systems and Big Data/Analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to transportation, warehousing, and other supply chain operations to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders including executives.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and Logistics to define KPIs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Model supply chain scenarios and forecast performance using advanced analytical techniques.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analyses and reporting.
• Lead ML/AI projects across the Global Logistics team including opportunity analysis and product ownership.
