Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a senior data analytics leader to guide discovery, value realization, and data-driven strategy across the organization. You will mentor analysts, shape the analytics platform and governance, and partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact use cases in a product-first environment.

You will champion AI adoption and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions, driving tangible financial and operational value for healthcare facilities

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership with product mindset and a lifecycle perspective on analytical products.
• Proven track record coaching analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of advanced analytics and practical AI/ML applications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication to senior executives.
• Experience delivering large, multi-functional programs across orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach data analytics managers and teams.
• Define and guide long‑term analytics and data ecosystem strategy.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify and scope high-value use cases.
• Identify AI and advanced analytics opportunities with AI CoE and digital teams.
• Develop robust business cases delivering financial and operational impact.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Platform, and App teams to build scalable analytics products.
• Drive discovery, hypothesis validation, and root-cause analysis for complex problems.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment to translate needs into data requirements.
• Present data-driven strategic recommendations with risk-benefit analyses.
