Cardinal Health is seeking a senior data analytics leader to drive discovery, value realization, and cross-functional collaboration. You will coach analytics teams, shape the data ecosystem, and partner with senior leadership to identify high-value AI-enabled use cases.

You will mentor peers, design scalable analytics products, and deliver strategic insights that align with corporate objectives and improve operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years guiding analytical teams with a product-first mindset.
• 7+ years in data analytics or related field with senior/lead work.
• Experience coaching analysts and cross-functional teammates.
• Strong understanding of advanced analytics and AI opportunities.
• Experience with Big Data systems, cloud data lakes, and visualization platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives.
• Proven track record delivering large, multi-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach data analytics managers and teams.
• Guide long-term analytics strategy and data ecosystem development.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and scope high-value use cases.
• Identify AI/advanced analytics opportunities and champion adoption.
• Develop robust business cases delivering financial and operational value.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Platform, and app teams to build analytics products.
• Lead discovery, hypothesis testing, and root-cause analyses.
• Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into data requirements.
• Present data-driven recommendations with clear impact analyses.
