Qualifications
- 4+ years guiding teams with a product-first framework.
- 7+ years in Data Analytics, BI, IT, or related field.
- Proven coaching, mentoring, and upskilling data analysts.
Responsibilities
- Coaching & team guidance of data analytics managers and pods.
- Strategic analytics leadership and long-term data ecosystem strategy.
- Executive partnership with Director/VP-level and senior leadership.
- AI & advanced analytics identification with AI COE collaboration.
- Drive Type 1 value realization with business partners and robust business cases.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product Owners, Platform, and Application teams.
- Analytical problem solving including discovery, hypothesis validation, and root-cause analysis.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with senior stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven recommendations with financial and operational impact.
