Job summary

Cardinal Health's Business Intelligence team partners with internal customers to optimize supply chain operations across manufacturing, replenishment and distribution centers. The role uses data and technology to enable insights for warehouse and transportation decisions.

The candidate will analyze large datasets, build dashboards, and translate findings into actionable guidance for operations, logistics and executives. Collaboration across IT, finance and management is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics experience with a strong focus on supply chain operations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and common challenges.
• Experience with Transportation/Warehouse Management Systems (TMS/WMS) preferred.
• Experience with Big Data systems, Data Lakes, and Analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery and Alteryx ETL.
• Experience using AI/ML modeling tools such as Visual Studio, Github Copilot, etc.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to transportation, warehousing, and other supply chain operations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to model supply chain scenarios and forecast performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analyses and reporting.
• Lead ML/AI projects across Global Logistics, including opportunity analysis and product ownership.
