Cardinal Health is seeking a senior data analytics leader to guide discovery, strategy, and value realization across the organization. You will mentor analysts, partner with executives, and drive adoption of AI and advanced analytics across cross-functional teams.

This role requires a product-first mindset, deep analytical expertise, and experience delivering large-scale data initiatives with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Data Analytics, BI, IT, or related field at senior/lead level.
• Coaching, mentoring, upskilling analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced analytics familiarity and identifying business applications for AI/ML.
• Experience with big data systems, cloud data lakes, and visualization platforms.
• Executive communication: present complex findings to senior audiences.
• Delivery of large-scale programs with multi-functional reach.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach data analytics managers, teams, and pods with a product-first mindset.
• Guide long-term analytics strategy and data ecosystem alignment with corporate goals.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify high-value data use cases.
• Identify AI/advanced analytics opportunities and champion learning use cases.
• Collaborate with digital solutions teams to deliver scalable analytics products.
• Perform discovery, hypothesis validation, and root-cause analysis for business problems.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to translate needs into data requirements.
• Formulate data-driven recommendations with financial and operational impact.
