Complex NTWRK is seeking a Senior Analytics Leader to convert complex data into clear business insights. You’ll partner with executive leadership across eCommerce, Content, Advertising, and Live Events, building a high-performing analytics team and leveraging AI tools to accelerate impact.

You will guide strategic analysis, shape the analytics roadmap, and drive data-informed decisions that improve outcomes across the organization. This on-site role requires deep technical and business acumen.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data/analytics roles influencing business decisions.
• 4+ years managing analytics professionals.
• AI-native mindset using AI tools to accelerate research and automation.
• Strong SQL and scripting in Python or R.
• Experience across multiple functions and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into business outcomes by partnering with executives and leaders.
• Serve as strategic analytics partner across eCommerce, Content, Advertising, and Live Events.
• Lead and develop a team of three analysts, fostering curiosity and impact.
• Translate vague problems into actionable analysis with data needs.
• Use AI and automation to speed analysis and insights.
• Identify opportunities and risks from trends and customer behavior.
• Influence strategy and priorities with data-driven recommendations.
• Shape Analytics roadmap prioritizing business impact.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure scalable data infrastructure.
• Balance speed and rigor, knowing when quick answers trump perfect analysis.
• Turn complex findings into clear narratives for executives.
