We are seeking an experienced data/BI professional to lead metrics, build analyses, run experiments, and own dashboards that inform senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant data or business analyst experience with strong SQL skills.
• Solid statistics and econometrics fundamentals, plus experience with Looker, Snowflake, or Amplitude.
• Excellent communication and an inquisitive mindset to uncover the 'why' behind the data.

Responsibilities

• Lead metrics definition, reporting, and analysis across product, engineering, and design.
• Build statistical analyses, participate in experiments, and maintain data pipelines.
• Own BI dashboards and communicate insights to senior leadership.
