USTA National Headquarters in Orlando is seeking a Sr. Manager, Data Analytics & Insights to lead data strategy and analytics across business units.

You will drive exploratory analyses, mentor analysts, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders. This hybrid role partners with IT/Data Engineering, builds data literacy, and shapes data-driven decisions using SQL, Python, Tableau, and geospatial tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 6+ years of analytics, data modeling, or insights with leadership.
• SQL and/or Python proficiency; geospatial analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior analytics thought leader for assigned units, providing strategic guidance.
• Design exploratory analyses and hypothesis testing to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Educate end-users on dashboards and self-service tools; mentor analysts.
