Job summary

The Sr. Manager, Data Analytics & Insights at USTA National Tennis Center Incorporated leads analytics and strategic data initiatives, collaborating with multiple business units to shape how data is used and taught across the organization.

You will design exploratory analyses, mentor analysts, and guide dashboards, data platforms, and governance to empower decision-makers in a hybrid Orlando, FL setting. Strong communication and storytelling are essential as you translate complex analytics for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of analytics, data modeling or business insights experience with thought leadership.
• Proficient in SQL and/or Python; geospatial analysis experience preferred.
• Fluent in Tableau; strong data storytelling and executive communication skills.
• Experience educating non-technical stakeholders in data literacy.
• Experience collaborating with IT/Data Engineering and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytics thought leader for assigned business units with data-guided guidance.
• Design exploratory analyses and hypothesis testing to uncover trends and risks.
• Identify leading and lagging metrics for target setting and measurement.
• Conduct geospatial analyses to inform facility, advocacy, and participation strategy.
• Maintain dashboards and data marts using Tableau, Excel, and SQL-driven tools.
• Educate end-users and build self-service analytics capabilities across the organization.
• Present findings with executive-ready storytelling for diverse audiences.
• Partner with IT Data & Analytics on architecture, pipelines and governance.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for exploratory analysis.
• Mentor analysts and drive analytics maturity across the association.
• Manage relationships with vendors and external partners.
• Ensure data integrity across research and reporting deliverables.
