USTA is seeking a Sr. Manager, Data Analytics & Insights in Orlando, FL. This hybrid role partners with multiple business units to shape data strategy, lead exploratory analyses, and elevate data literacy across the organization.

You will mentor analysts, design metrics, and present findings to senior leaders, using SQL, Python, and Tableau to inform decisions. The position offers a competitive base salary of $100,000–$110,000, ICP bonus eligibility up to 5%, and a robust benefits package

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years of analytics, data modeling, or business insights with demonstrated thought leadership.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python; geospatial tools preferred.
• Fluency in Tableau; strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Experience designing data-literacy training for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as analytics thought leader for assigned units, providing strategic guidance grounded in data.
• Design and lead exploratory analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards and data marts; educate end-users on visualizations.
• Mentor analysts and collaborate with IT/Data Engineering on data governance.
