You will guide strategic decisions, design exploratory analyses, and build data literacy while partnering with IT Data & Analytics on data pipelines and governance.

The role emphasizes SQL/Python, Tableau expertise, and an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. A hybrid/flex arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in analytics, data modeling, or insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python; geospatial tools experience preferred.
• Fluency with Tableau; strong AI skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior analytics thought leader for assigned business units, providing strategic guidance grounded in data.
• Design and lead exploratory analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Support target setting and measurement by identifying leading, lagging, and contributing metrics.
• Conduct advanced and ad hoc analyses, including geospatial analysis to inform strategies.
• Maintain and educate end-users on dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decisions.
• Present findings with executive-ready storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with IT/Data Engineering on data architecture and governance.
