The USTA is hiring a Sr. Manager, Data Analytics & Insights to be a senior analytics thought leader within the Business Intelligence & Analytics function. You will partner with multiple units, shape data strategy, and uplift data literacy across the organization.

Design and lead analyses, build dashboards, and mentor analysts while collaborating with IT on data architecture and governance. A passion for sports and strong storytelling are key.

Formación

• 6+ years of analytics, data modeling, or business insights with leadership impact.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python; geospatial analysis experience preferred.
• Fluency with Tableau and strong AI skills.
• Experience designing data literacy training for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with IT/Data Engineering and influence on decisions.
• Excellent communication and executive storytelling.
• Experience in sports, membership-based organizations, or consumer analytics is a plus.
• This role is hybrid/flex in the Orlando, FL office.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead exploratory analysis to uncover trends, drivers, opportunities, and risks.
• Support target setting and measurement by identifying metrics for each business area.
• Conduct advanced analyses, including geospatial analysis, to inform strategy.
• Maintain and educate end-users on dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Elevate data literacy by developing training and self-service tools.
• Present findings with executive-ready storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with IT Data & Analytics on architecture, pipelines, and governance.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for exploratory analysis.
• Mentor analysts and foster a stronger data culture across the association.
• Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and partners.
• Ensure data integrity and quality across research and analytics deliverables.
• Explore new analytic techniques, tools, and datasets to enhance capabilities.
