Job summary

Infosys seeks a Senior Practice Engagement Manager for its Data & Analytics Practice. This role oversees client interfaces within the assigned account, collaborates with the Group Practice Engagement Manager to build an account plan, and manages client management per the plan.

The role requires strong sales, relationship management, and proposal leadership skills, with experience in IT and business consulting engagements and CXO-level interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Track record of interacting with CXO level client contacts.
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and develop a portfolio across the account.
• Drive data & analytics services sales strategy and pursue new opportunities.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and coordinate with vertical sales teams.
• Serve as trusted advisor, tailoring solutions to client objectives and value proposition.
