Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Scottsdale to join the Avail team and partner with leadership to drive data-driven decisions. You will own KPI development, build automated dashboards, and conduct analyses that influence strategy across product, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or Data/Business Analytics.
• 6+ years of Data Analyst/Business Analyst experience.
• SQL proficiency with 6+ years of experience.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for quick reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Experience with large/complex data sets and EDA, descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses.
• Experience with Snowflake and AWS.
• Experience creating BI reports with Tableau, Mixpanel, Power BI.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and revenue through analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to varied audiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Avail business stakeholders to clarify needs and translate into analytical problems.
• Identify data sources and build analytical data layers with the data engineering partner.
• Conduct end-to-end data analysis from collection to delivery of insights and recommendations.
• Own KPI development, measurement, tracking and reporting; monitor KPIs and analyze trends.
• Prepare regular business performance reporting for reviews and management.
• Build automated reports and dashboards using Tableau, Mixpanel, Power BI.
• Promote self-service analytics to empower stakeholders to access data.
• Perform market and competitor analyses using internal/external data sources.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and forecasting.
