Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Senior Staff Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology, focusing on Analytics, Data Science and BI. This role supports multiple operating companies and reports to the Senior Director Data Engineering; it is fully remote in the US or on-site in Krakow, Poland.

The position requires 5-7 years of BA experience in BI/data analytics, strong SQL and data modeling skills, Snowflake and Power BI expertise, and 3+ years of Agile experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience in BI, data analytics, data science, or data engineering environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis, requirements elicitation, process modeling, and SQL; hands-on Snowflake and Power BI usage.
• Experience with dashboards and data preparation.
• 3+ years of Agile teams working in sprints.
• Willingness to travel to Washington DC and global Danaher sites up to 10%.
• Data Governance tooling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand goals and collect requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and functional specs for data integrations, modeling, dashboards, and reports.
• Prioritize user stories into project sequences and releases.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver efficient solutions.
• Engage with Data & Analytics user community to support solution adoption.
