Job summary

Danaher Corporation is seeking a Senior Staff Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions, focusing on Analytics, Data Science and Business Intelligence. You will collaborate across functions and with Data & Analytics experts worldwide.

This role can be fully remote from the U.S. or on-site in Krakow, Poland, and requires 5-7 years in BI/analytics with SQL, Snowflake and Power BI experience, plus familiarity with JIRA/Confluence and Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience in BI/Data Analytics/Data Science/Data Engineering environments.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, requirements elicitation, process modeling, and SQL; hands-on with Snowflake and Power BI.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with dashboards or data preparation.
• 3 years of experience in Agile teams with sprints.

The Senior Staff Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by translating requirements into technical specifications. Focusing on Analytic, Data Science and Business Intelligence. You will have the opportunity to work all business functions and with our Data & Analytics experts across the world and multiple operating companies.

This position reports to the Senior Director Data Engineering and is part of the Data Engineering Team and will be fully remote in US or on‑site in Krakow, Poland.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Data Engineering environments.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, requirements elicitation, process modeling, and SQL, with hands‑on experience leveraging Snowflake and Power BI to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience working with Dashboards or Data Preparation
• 3 years of experience working in Agile teams that work in sprints

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Ability to travel to Washington DC and global Danaher sites, up to 10%

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

The annual salary range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
