Job summary

Danaher Corporation is seeking a Senior Staff Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions, focusing on Analytics, Data Science and Business Intelligence. You will collaborate across functions and with Data & Analytics experts worldwide.

This role can be fully remote from the U.S. or on-site in Krakow, Poland, and requires 5-7 years in BI/analytics with SQL, Snowflake and Power BI experience, plus familiarity with JIRA/Confluence and Agile teams.

Qualifications

5-7 years of Business Analyst experience in BI/Data Analytics/Data Science/Data Engineering environments.
Strong proficiency in data analysis, requirements elicitation, process modeling, and SQL; hands-on with Snowflake and Power BI.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
5+ years of hands-on experience with dashboards or data preparation.
3 years of experience in Agile teams with sprints.

Responsibilities

Engage continuously with stakeholders to understand their business goals and collect requirements.
Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications for data integrations, data modeling, dashboards, reports for development team.
Prioritize user stories into the right sequence of projects and releases for the team to implement.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver efficient and effective solutions.
Engage with Data and Analytics user community to support solution adoption.
