Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of data analytics experience within transaction advisory or similar.
• Experience analyzing complex financial and operational data for transaction conclusions.
• Strong Python and Alteryx skills for large transaction-related datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple client engagements across the transaction lifecycle, including acquisitions, divestitures, and value creation.
• Define business questions, data requirements, and analytical approaches with engagement teams.
• Extract, clean, combine, validate, and analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, Alteryx, Excel, and related tools.
• Analyze and model datasets to evaluate performance, risks, and opportunities for investments.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and executive-level recommendations for clients.
• Explain complex results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and manage analytical workstreams and deadlines.
