Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Manager in Global Transaction Analytics (GTA) to lead data-enabled insights for buy-side and sell-side due diligence, capital markets and advisory services. You will work across industries to support pre-deal and post-deal analyses and performance improvement projects.

Join a global team leveraging advanced analytics, SQL, Tableau and Alteryx to deliver actionable business insights for private equity and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics or transaction services
• Experience in buy-side/vendor due diligence preferred
• Understanding of M&A/PE lifecycle preferred
• Strong technical data analytics background with hands-on experience

Responsibilities

• Lead numerous client engagements
• Manage day-to-day client interaction and relationships
• Contribute to business development opportunities
• Prioritize and manage team responsibilities across multiple deals
• Collaborate across stakeholders to deliver insights
• Mentor junior team members and develop technical acumen
• Recruit, train and develop junior staff, including teaching training classes
