Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of data analytics experience within transaction advisory, M&A advisory, or a similar professional services environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Alteryx for data cleaning, structuring, analyzing, and modeling large transaction-related datasets.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple client engagements across the transaction lifecycle, including acquisitions and divestitures.
• Partner with engagement teams to define business questions, data requirements, and analytical approaches.
• Extract, clean, combine, validate, and analyze large and complex datasets using Python, SQL, Alteryx, Excel, and related tools.
• Analyze and model complex datasets to evaluate business performance and identify transaction risks and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, data visualizations, and executive-level recommendations to communicate findings.
• Mentor junior team members and manage day-to-day analytical workstreams.
