Cardinal Health at Home Solutions seeks a Data Analyst to partner with operational leadership through high-quality data preparation, reporting, and analytics. The role focuses on extracting, cleansing, consolidating, and visualizing financial and operational data to provide timely, accurate insights.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong with data tools, and experienced in scalable reporting and self-service dashboards to support decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
• Experience with Alteryx and/or programming languages (Python, R).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to present complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and consolidate financial and operational data from multiple source systems.
• Develop, validate, and maintain KPIs and conduct ad hoc analyses for senior management.
• Proactively understand enterprise data and analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and streamline reporting processes.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Revenue Cycle Management and IT to ensure data alignment.
