Liftoff is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to tackle highly complex analytics challenges across the supply side. You will drive analysis, build dashboards, and mentor analysts while partnering with Engineering, Product, and Finance to influence strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of data analytics experience, expert SQL skills on large datasets, and proficiency with Looker/Tableau; strong business acumen is essential for cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or business analytics roles.
Experience writing complex, performance-optimized SQL on massive datasets.
Proficiency with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Ability to translate technical findings into business impact for leadership.

Responsibilities

Drive analysis on highly complex questions; influence roadmap and decisions at senior level.
Write and optimize SQL queries for billions of rows; develop reproducible analytics workflows.
Build dashboards and reporting pipelines using SQL, Looker, Tableau.
Mentor analysts on best practices and effective communication.
Partner with Eng, Product, Data Science, and Finance to push initiatives forward.
