Job summary

Liftoff, a leading AI-powered performance marketing platform, is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to guide analytics strategy across Liftoff's supply side. You will mentor analysts, build scalable data workflows, and translate complex findings into business impact for Commercial teams and leadership.

You will write optimized SQL on massive datasets, develop dashboards with Looker/Tableau, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Finance to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analytics, consulting, or business analytics roles.
• Expertise writing complex, performance-optimized SQL on massive datasets.
• Strong grounding in statistical inference and A/B test design.
• Proficiency with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business impact for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive analysis on highly complex questions; influence roadmap and decisions at senior level.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for billions of rows; develop reproducible analytics workflows.
• Perform root-cause analysis at product performance and KPI intersections.
• Build and automate dashboards and reporting pipelines using SQL, Looker and Tableau.
• Translate technical concepts into business impact for Commercial teams and leadership.
• Lead transformational projects end-to-end from ideation to rollout.
• Mentor analysts on best practices and effective communication.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Finance to drive initiatives.
