Liftoff is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to own advanced analytics on the supply side, guiding strategy and technical rigor. You will craft complex SQL analyses, build scalable dashboards, and mentor other analysts while partnering with Engineering, Product, and Finance.

You will translate data findings into business impacts, drive initiatives end-to-end, and communicate insights to leadership. This remote role supports US-based entities with strong growth in the mobile app ecosystem.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or business analytics roles, preferably in high-tech or AdTech.
• Expertise writing complex, performance-optimized SQL on massive datasets; experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Trino).
• Statistical inference, A/B test design, and causal reasoning; comfortable with confidence intervals, statistical power, and noisy experiments.
• Proficiency with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Ability to break down ambiguous business problems into structured analyses leading to actionable recommendations.
• Ability to connect technical findings to revenue, margin, and partner impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to tailor concepts for engineering to C-level.
• Experience mentoring others and leading cross-functional projects.

Responsabilidades

• Drive analysis and insight generation on complex, ambiguous questions; influence roadmap and decisions at senior level.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale datasets; develop reproducible analytics workflows.
• Conduct root-cause analysis at intersection of product and business KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reporting pipelines using SQL, Looker, and Tableau.
• Translate technical concepts into business impact for Commercial teams and leadership.
• Lead end-to-end transformational projects from ideation to rollout.
• Mentor analysts on best practices and business context.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Finance to drive initiatives.
