Job summary

Liftoff is hiring a Lead Data Analyst to tackle the most complex analytical problems across the supply side. You will mentor analysts, establish analytics best practices, and work closely with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Finance to drive revenue and efficiency.

You will write high-performance SQL on massive datasets, build dashboards with Looker/Tableau, and translate technical findings into actionable business insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Analytics, CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years in data analytics, consulting, or business analytics roles in high-tech/AdTech.
• Expertise writing complex, performance-optimized SQL on massive datasets; cloud warehouses experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive analysis and insights on highly complex business/technical questions; influence roadmap.
• Write/optimize complex SQL on billions of rows; develop reproducible analytics workflows.
• Build/dashboard tooling with Looker, Tableau; automate reporting pipelines.
• Translate technical concepts into business impact for Commercial teams and leadership.
• Lead end-to-end transformational projects; mentor analysts on best practices.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Finance to push initiatives.
