Job summary

Liftoff, a leading AI-powered performance marketing platform, seeks a Lead Data Analyst to report to the VP of Analytics & Operations Supply. You will tackle the hardest analytical problems, define analytics best practices, and mentor analysts across teams.

Your work includes writing SQL on massive datasets, building scalable dashboards with Looker/Tableau, and translating findings into business impact for Commercial teams and leadership. This role is remote-friendly in the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analytics, consulting or business analytics roles.
• Expertise in writing complex, performance-optimized SQL on massive datasets.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive analysis on highly complex business questions and influence roadmaps.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for large-scale datasets.
• Build dashboards and reporting pipelines using Looker/Tableau.
• Translate technical findings into business impact for leadership.
• Mentor analysts on best practices and problem-solving.
